I finished painting the exterior walls today. I got done in time to walk over to the ballpark with Joey and Harvey and watch the Roadrunners’ game. They lost 1-0 in the eleventh inning, which tells you something about the quality of the pitching. I love games like that.
Scout’s Yellow Snow — a shaved-ice stand named after the owner’s late dog — is going to open next weekend if the weather cooperates. I wish it had been open today. A pina colada snow cone would have been nice after all that painting….
